Your information. Handled with care.
What we collect, why we need it and how you can contact us about your information.
Who we are
PeopleBridge Health is a trading name of Jensh Limited, company number 11382830, registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is 45a Broadhurst Gardens, Greater London, NW6 3QT, United Kingdom. Jensh Limited is the controller responsible for the personal information described in this notice. You can send privacy requests by post to this registered office, addressed to Paul Jenshen / Privacy. Our email mailbox is being set up and is not yet receiving messages. Our privacy email address is paul@peoplebridgehealth.com.
Information we collect
Healthcare professionals provide contact details and a limited professional overview: country of residence, registration status, nursing qualification, clinical area, experience and optional preparation and timing preferences. You can optionally attach a PDF CV of up to 2 MB to share your professional experience. Hospital representatives provide business contact details and an outline of recruitment requirements.
We also record your acknowledgement of this notice, its version, a receipt reference and the time of submission. Hosting and security services process technical information needed to operate and protect the website.
Please do not send patient information, health records, passports, identity documents or other sensitive records through these forms or in your CV.
How we use your information
We use enquiries to understand and respond to your request, assess whether a further conversation is appropriate, maintain a record of that conversation and protect the service from misuse. An expression of interest is reviewed by a person. This website does not make automated recruitment or eligibility decisions.
Once our mailbox is active, general enquiries and messages from other healthcare professionals sent to our email address will be handled through Microsoft 365 / Outlook for the same enquiry and correspondence purposes. Providing information is voluntary, but we need the required contact and enquiry fields to respond. You can use email instead of the online forms once the mailbox is active.
Our legal basis
We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to recruitment enquiries, reviewing a potential recruitment conversation and protecting this service, while considering your rights and expectations. We limit collection to what is needed for these purposes. The privacy acknowledgement requests contact about your enquiry; it is not blanket consent to marketing or disclosure to employers. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests.
Who can access your information
Authorised PeopleBridge staff working on your enquiry have access through our private Monday.com intake board, with separate groups for healthcare professionals and hospitals. Optional CVs are attached to the professional’s record and are not stored in the website’s public files, source repository or browser storage.
Monday.com stores enquiries and optional CV attachments in our private intake board. Vercel hosts the website and processes form submissions. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical signals to help prevent automated abuse. Microsoft 365 / Outlook will support email correspondence once our mailbox is active.
Sharing with potential employers
This initial form does not automatically send your details to a hospital. Before progressing a potential introduction, we will discuss the opportunity and explain what information would be shared and why.
International processing
Our providers operate international systems and may process information outside the UK and South Africa. Processing and transfers are subject to the applicable provider agreements and transfer safeguards. Contact our privacy mailbox for information about the safeguards that apply to your enquiry. We do not promise UK-only storage.
How long we keep information
Paul is responsible for reviewing enquiries and CVs after 180 days without meaningful contact and deleting records that are no longer needed. This is a manual review process. If a recruitment conversation continues, we will explain any different retention arrangements before retaining information for a further purpose.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights are subject to applicable conditions and lawful exceptions. Send privacy requests by post to Paul Jenshen / Privacy, Jensh Limited, 45a Broadhurst Gardens, Greater London, NW6 3QT, United Kingdom. Our planned privacy mailbox is paul@peoplebridgehealth.com; email setup is currently pending. You can raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or another applicable data protection authority.
Send privacy enquiries by post to our registered office above, or, once our mailbox is active, to paul@peoplebridgehealth.com. Please include enough context to identify your enquiry without attaching sensitive documents.
Security and updates
We limit information collected, restrict operational access and use server-side validation and security checks. No system can guarantee absolute security. Personal enquiry fields are not added to application logs, public URLs, analytics or browser storage.
You can find the UK regulator’s complaint information at the Information Commissioner’s Office.
